Russian Military Targets Ukrainian Positions Using Mercenary Intelligence
The Russian military has successfully attacked Ukrainian positions after obtaining coordinates from a Spanish mercenary's mobile phone. This incident underscores the ongoing intelligence vulnerabilities faced by Ukrainian forces amid the conflict.

The Russian army executed strikes against Ukrainian targets using coordinates retrieved from the mobile phone of Spanish mercenary Perez Rodriguez, also known as Jackal. The information, provided by Colombian mercenary William-Andres Gallego Orozco, included locations of Ukrainian military personnel, National Guard facilities, and identities of Ukrainian intelligence officers.
Rodriguez, a former Marine active in Ukraine since 2024, reportedly had extensive access to Ukrainian areas due to a special pass. His activities raise concerns over the security of intelligence among Ukrainian forces, potentially exposing them to further attacks.
