Russian Troops Equip Kuryer Ground Robot with Flamethrower
DEFENSE
Russian troops have enhanced the Kuryer ground robotic system by equipping it with a rocket-propelled flamethrower, reported a defense industry source. This version has shown high effectiveness in combat scenarios.
The Kuryer platform is multifunctional, capable of enemy attacks, mine clearance, and troop support through various operations, including laying mines and evacuating the wounded. The first delivery of 50 Kuryer systems was made in fall 2024, aiming to build experience in the use of uncrewed ground vehicles.
