Hagag Development Europe has appointed Răzvan Pârvulescu as Business Development Director of Hagag Energy's Natural Gas Division. Pârvulescu, who has been with the team since the division's inception, will oversee the Development and Expansion Department.

His focus will be on expanding the concessions portfolio and implementing the medium- and long-term development strategy. Since launching, Hagag Energy has secured 72 contracts and operates in 95 communes across 18 counties in Romania. The company aims to complete 69 gas distribution networks by the end of 2027, aligning with the 'Anghel Saligny' National Investment Program.
