Salesforce Partners with Garuda Aerospace to Enhance Customer Experience and Support Global Expansion
Garuda Aerospace, a Chennai-based drone startup, has partnered with US-based Salesforce to improve its customer lifecycle experience. The collaboration will utilize Salesforce's Agentforce Sales and Agentforce to create an integrated platform, streamlining operations and enhancing customer relationships as Garuda expands into Southeast Asia and Africa.
The partnership aims to eliminate data silos and provide real-time insights across marketing, sales, and service functions, impacting over 90% of its clients in India and strengthening B2G, B2B, and B2C workflows. Salesforce's recent release of Agentforce 360 will support this initiative by connecting human and AI agents. This digital transformation is expected to empower Garuda Aerospace's teams to make informed decisions and foster stronger customer connections while pursuing growth in new verticals such as agriculture, defense, and infrastructure.
