Salvation Army Housing Appointed Community Housing Provider for Geraldton RSLM
The Cook Government has appointed Salvation Army Housing as the Community Housing Provider for the Regional Supportive Landlord Model (RSLM) in Geraldton, a $53 million initiative aimed at delivering 100 social homes with support services starting in early 2026. This program marks the first implementation of RSLM, building on the success of the Djuripiny Mia pilot project and aligning with the government's broader $6.3 billion investment in housing and homelessness since 2021.
