SamSan SLC Launches PFAS-Free OXCUS Dry Film Lubricant Series for Aerospace and Automotive Industries

SamSan SLC, a solid lubricant coating manufacturer in South Korea, has launched the OXCUS Series, a PFAS-free dry film lubricant. This product line addresses strict global environmental regulations and is designed to perform under extreme temperatures and heavy loads.

The OXCUS Series includes three lines tailored for specific applications: a hybrid lubricant for automotive and defense systems, a high-load coating for bearings and electric motor shafts, and a formulation compliant with fluorine-free regulations in Europe and North America. The coatings are developed using a Precision Coating Process, achieving a 40% reduction in friction and doubling wear-life durability. SamSan SLC aims to capture 10% of the global solid lubricant coating market, valued at approximately USD 1.42 billion, and plans to double its revenue in three years through enhanced quality certifications and global distribution.
