The company is transitioning from client customization to R&D, focusing on innovations such as smart battery management systems and composite airframe manufacturing, while collaborating with institutions to enhance skill development. Sarus plans to showcase its flagship UAVs at IMS 2025 and aims to lead in defense-grade UAV technology over the next five years.
