Saudi Aramco has reached a 70% local content goal under its iktva program and plans to raise this to 75% by 2030. The program has generated over $280 billion for Saudi GDP and created over 200,000 jobs.

Concurrently, Aramco commenced condensate production from its $100 billion Jafurah project, with initial exports scheduled for late February or early March 2026. The Jafurah project aims to produce 2 billion cubic feet of natural gas daily by 2030, supporting Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 goals to reduce oil dependency and enhance local manufacturing and energy supply.
