SeaBot Maritime, GRi Simulations, and Frontier Robotics have created an AI-enabled training platform for subsea operations, funded by the UK government. The project, titled 'Evolving Human-AI Competencies,' allows the testing of autonomous systems in a realistic digital offshore environment.

GRi Simulation's VROV system is central to the platform, simulating offshore wind farm inspections and enabling dynamic environmental adjustments. Frontier Robotics integrated its navigation software, allowing for complex mission planning and emergency scenario rehearsals. The platform aims to enhance safety and operational readiness for offshore operators while supporting broader maritime autonomy applications.
