Serve Robotics has unveiled Maggie, a conversational AI robot, leveraging T-Mobile's 5G Advanced for real-time human interaction. This development signifies a shift from traditional delivery robots to interactive robotics, showcasing the integration of AI in physical environments.

Serve Robotics has launched Maggie, an AI-driven conversational robot, at the NVIDIA GTC 2026, marking a step towards interactive robotics. This initiative utilizes T-Mobile's 5G Advanced and edge computing for ultra-low latency and real-time responses, essential for natural human-robot interactions.
By the end of 2025, Serve Robotics had deployed 2,000 robots across 20 cities, achieving $0.9 million in Q4 revenue—up 400% year-over-year. The company aims to enhance its AI systems through real-world interactions, with new monetization opportunities emerging in branding and advertising. However, challenges remain in scaling deployment and achieving significant revenue amid ongoing investments and negative EBITDA.
