Sierra Nevada Company Acquires Bombardier Global 6500 for Army HADES Program
Sierra Nevada Company has acquired a Bombardier Global 6500 aircraft for the Army's High Accuracy Detection and Exploitation System (HADES) program, which will be modified at SNC's Maryland facility. This investment, part of a nearly $500 million commitment to advanced aerial intelligence technologies, aims to accelerate delivery timelines, with the first three HADES prototypes set for delivery in 2026. The initiative supports the Army's modernization efforts in enhancing aerial intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance capabilities.

Sierra Nevada Company (SNC) purchased a Bombardier Global 6500 aircraft for the Army's High Accuracy Detection and Exploitation System (HADES) program. The aircraft will be modified at SNC's facility near Hagerstown, Maryland.
