Sikh Light Infantry Training Centre and CSJM University Sign MoU for Skill Development
The Sikh Light Infantry Regiment Training Centre and Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University have signed an MoU to enhance education and training for military personnel. This partnership aims to provide structured access to various academic programs and skill development in emerging technologies.

The Sikh Light Infantry Regiment Training Centre in Fatehgarh has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with CSJM University, Kanpur, focusing on education and skill development for Army personnel and their families. This initiative, part of the university's D-CODE program, will offer UGC-DEB-approved academic programs, including degrees in Computer Applications and Business Administration.
Training will also cover advanced fields such as Artificial Intelligence, cybersecurity, and drone technology. Approximately 600 Agniveers and serving soldiers have registered for the program, with further registration set to begin in July. The collaboration aims to enhance career opportunities and personal growth for military personnel.
