Sillo Maritime has acquired an LNG vessel for $65 million, enhancing its fleet and targeting growth in Indonesia's energy sector.

PT Sillo Maritime Perdana Tbk (SHIP) has finalized the acquisition of a liquefied natural gas (LNG) vessel for $65 million through its subsidiary, PT Transpor Nusantara Line (TNL). The purchase was made possible via a capital injection from PT Suasa Benua Sukses into TNL and was completed on June 3, 2026.
This transaction, representing 29.22% of SHIP's total equity as of December 31, 2025, is expected to increase total assets by 10.8% to $597 million and total liabilities by 18.3% to $375 million. The vessel, built in 2009, is 286.3 meters long, 46.5 meters wide, and has a gross tonnage of 110,881 GT, enhancing TNL's fleet. This acquisition aligns with SHIP's strategy to support Indonesia's upstream oil and gas industry, potentially increasing market share and revenue.
