In Q1 2026, Simtel (BVB: SMTL) reported consolidated operating revenues of RON 152.4 million, reflecting a 91% increase from Q1 2025. The energy sales segment was the largest contributor, generating RON 113.5 million, a 165% rise, while EPC projects brought in RON 36.4 million, marking a 6% growth.
EBITDA was RON 0.6 million, down from RON 8.7 million last year, and consolidated net loss stood at RON 3.8 million, compared to a profit of RON 5.8 million previously. The Group has photovoltaic projects totaling 173 MWp capacity and aims to achieve an operating revenue of RON 911 million and a net profit of RON 33 million for 2026. Ongoing shifts in operational strategy may impact future profitability.
