Six individuals, including two from KLG SIS and KLG AMPIS and four from Milisyang Bayan, surrendered to the 24th Infantry Battalion in Santa Cruz, Ilocos Sur. Brig. Gen.
Allan Jose Taguba linked this development to effective community outreach and security operations facilitated by local government coordination. The military noted that local support was vital for the surrender and emphasized the significance of community trust in reintegration.
