SN Aboitiz Power to Develop 68 MW Floating Solar Project at Magat Reservoir, Philippines

The Magat floating solar project will be developed by SN Aboitiz Power, a joint venture between Scatec and Aboitiz Renewables, at the Magat reservoir in Isabela province, Philippines. The project involves constructing a 68 MW floating solar facility under the Department of Energy's Green Energy Auction Programme 4. Financial close is expected in 2026, with construction commencing the same year and commercial operations targeted for 2027.
