Soelect Inc. and Natrion Inc. signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) to collaborate on developing and manufacturing solid-state and lithium-metal batteries. This partnership aims to accelerate the availability of high-energy density, long-cycle life lithium-metal batteries, following production scale-up progress by both companies in 2025. Natrion plans to ship lithium-metal cells incorporating Soelect's anode to defense and commercial partners within the year, creating a localized American value chain for advanced battery production.
