A group of officers from the Somali National Army has completed their advanced military training at the Rwanda Defence Force Command and Staff College. This program included specialized training in military leadership, planning, and execution of joint operations, alongside Master's degrees in Security Studies from the University of Rwanda.
The training aimed to improve operational planning and command capabilities, which are crucial for Somalia's security landscape. Enhanced skills from this program are expected to support Somalia's armed forces development and address contemporary security challenges effectively.
