Sonnedix Acquires Six PV Projects and High-Voltage Substation in France with WFW Advisory

Watson Farley & Williams advised Sonnedix on its acquisition of six operating photovoltaic plants and a 50% stake in a high-voltage substation in France. This acquisition is part of three M&A transactions by Sonnedix in France in 2025, increasing its operating capacity in the country to nearly 400 MWp, a 24% rise from the prior year.

Sonnedix has been operating in the renewable energy sector since 2009, with over 11 GW of capacity globally and a development pipeline of more than 6 GW. The WFW Paris Energy team was led by Laurent Battoue and Thomas Rabain.
