The Space Force has finalized its mission-focused acquisition portfolios, including offices for space control and orbital warfare. Tom Ainsworth reported that four of the seven Portfolio Acquisition Executives (PAEs) are established: Missile Warning and Tracking, Infrastructure, Battle Management, Command and Control, Communications and Space Intelligence, and Satellite Communication and Position, Navigation & Timing.

The Integration PAE will oversee new technologies and cislunar capabilities. The PAEs aim to enhance the Pentagon's approach to acquiring weapon systems, following reforms advocated by Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.
