The Steamboat Airport Industrial Park, spanning 24 acres, is projected to finish construction by fall 2026. With 29 lots available, 17 have already been secured, indicating strong demand for industrial space in the Steamboat Springs area.

Construction of the Steamboat Airport Industrial Park commenced recently, with completion anticipated by fall 2026. The development includes 29 lots ranging from 0.25 to over 3 acres, equipped with essential utilities such as three-phase electricity, natural gas, and fiber internet.
Located just off Elk River Road near Bob Adams Field, the park is designed with two entrances to mitigate traffic congestion and enhance accessibility. Seventeen lots are already under contract, demonstrating significant interest from local businesses.
The project marks the first major industrial development since 2015 in Steamboat Springs, fulfilling a critical need for versatile industrial space. The zoning allows diverse uses, including distribution centers and auto repair shops.
