STRABAG's ZÜBLIN to Construct 75,000 m² B'Ella Mixed-Use Development in Berlin
STRABAG subsidiary ZÜBLIN will serve as the general contractor for B'Ella Berlin, a mixed-use project at Berlin Südkreuz, commissioned by Hines for RONDUS DRITTE Immobilienbesitz GmbH & Co KG. The development will feature approximately 300 residential units, including subsidized housing, a day-care center, and commercial spaces across 75,000 m². It aims for DGNB Platinum certification and will utilize geothermal energy and photovoltaics. STRABAG will also establish a new Berlin office at the site, supporting its climate neutrality goals for 2040.

STRABAG subsidiary ZÜBLIN has been appointed as the general contractor for the B'Ella Berlin project at Berlin Südkreuz. The 75,000 m² development, commissioned by Hines for RONDUS DRITTE Immobilienbesitz GmbH & Co KG, will include around 300 residential units, a day-care center, and office and commercial spaces.
The project aims for DGNB Platinum certification and will operate fossil fuel-free, utilizing geothermal energy and photovoltaics. STRABAG will also relocate its Berlin office to the new site, facilitating a modern workplace for 700 employees and supporting climate neutrality goals by 2040.
