Stratolaunch and Varda Space Selected for DoD Hypersonic Test Bed Launch Services
The U.S. Department of Defense has chosen Stratolaunch and Varda Space Industries as launch providers for the Multi-Service Advanced Capability Hypersonic Test Bed (MACH-TB) 2.0 program. This initiative aims to significantly increase the frequency of hypersonic flight tests, targeting 50 tests annually. The announcement was made by the DoD Test Resource Management Center and the National Security Technology Accelerator.
