Strike on Kremniy El Plant Halts Iskander Chip Production for Six Months
A recent strike on the Kremniy El plant in Bryansk has halted production of microchips for Iskander missiles for approximately six months. The attack affected the main production building and a component warehouse, leading to extensive damage and fire. Kremniy El is a critical defense facility for Russia, producing semiconductors essential for modern weaponry, including the Izdeliye-30 missile.

The Kremniy El defense plant in Bryansk was struck, targeting its main production building and a component warehouse, resulting in a halt of production for about six months. The strike caused a fire covering 1,000 square meters in the main building and 400 square meters in the warehouse.
Kremniy El is crucial for Russia's defense industry, manufacturing microchips for ballistic and cruise missiles, including Iskander missiles. The attack occurred on March 10, following previous strikes on other Russian missile production facilities.
