The plan aims to construct five three-storey townhouses with gardens and parking facilities on the site. The existing building is described as being in poor condition and visually incongruous. If approved, the new homes will feature open-plan living spaces and modifications to the site boundary. Consultation is open until March 23, with a decision expected by April 16.
