Sunita Tools Limited has entered an interim sales agreement for 240,000 empty NATO standard 155mm M107 artillery shells, scheduled for delivery over 24 months at 10,000 units per month. The contract includes a 50% advance payment for the first three months of supply, with monthly billing expected to be approximately INR 24 crore.

Supplies will begin after the buyer's procedural requirements and advance payment are met. The buyer is registered with the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), and Sunita Tools can still serve other customers under this non-exclusive agreement. The contract is limited to empty shell bodies and does not include filled ammunition.
