Swarm Aero Opens Advanced Manufacturing Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas for UAV Production
DEFENSE
Swarm Aero has opened its Advanced Manufacturing Center in Fayetteville, Arkansas, during a ribbon-cutting event. The 80,000 square foot facility will accelerate the production of large uncrewed aerial vehicles (UAVs) for defense, with plans to manufacture thousands of drones and create hundreds of high-skill jobs over the next decade.
The company, headquartered in Oxnard, California, aims to support U.S. military capabilities without risking pilots. Swarm Aero plans to double its aircraft team by 2026 and is hiring for various positions, including engineering roles. The facility is leased from a local company.
