Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich Secures 445 Million Francs for New Construction
Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich, located at Dübendorf military airfield, is advancing its development with a consortium loan of up to 445 million francs. This funding will support the construction of new laboratories and office spaces, aiming to foster collaboration among science, industry, and entrepreneurship. The first construction phase began in autumn 2025, with completion expected by summer 2026. The park will feature over 100,000 square meters of floor space by 2032.

Switzerland Innovation Park Zurich is developing a campus for applied research and technological innovation at Dübendorf military airfield, with a loan of up to 445 million francs secured for new construction. The park aims to integrate science, industry, and entrepreneurship, focusing on clusters such as Robotics & Future Mobility, Space & Aviation, and Advanced Manufacturing.
The initial construction phase will conclude in summer 2026, with a total of over 100,000 square meters planned by 2032. The funding, led by Zürcher Kantonalbank, Luzerner Kantonalbank, and Liechtensteinische Landesbank, will enable the park's rapid progression.
