Syntec Optics Aligns Manufacturing with US Defense Authorization Act Requirements
Syntec Optics Holdings Inc. announced that its US-based manufacturing capabilities comply with the recently enacted National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for fiscal year 2026. The NDAA mandates the Department of Defense to develop strategies for domestic sourcing of optical glass and systems by January 1, 2030.

The company has stated that it can support defense integrators transitioning to domestic suppliers. Syntec has created a dedicated position to comply with Department of Defense guidelines and engage with military and government entities.
