TAC Industries Secures $22M Air Force Contract for Cargo Nets
TAC Industries has been awarded a $22.2 million contract from the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center to produce cargo nets in Springfield, with completion expected by March 5, 2027. The non-profit, known for employing individuals with disabilities, has delivered over a million cargo nets since 2005. The contract further establishes TAC as the sole authorized repair station for Air Force cargo nets globally. Separately, UD's Research Institute received an $850 million contract for rapid manufacturing support, while Woolpert Inc. secured a $49.9 million contract for the Army Corps of Engineers.

TAC Industries has received a $22.2 million contract from the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center for the production of cargo side and top nets, to be performed in Springfield and completed by March 5, 2027. This contract reinforces TAC's role as a trusted partner to the Air Force, having produced over a million nets since 2005 with a record of 100% on-time delivery.
Additionally, UD's Research Institute was awarded an $850 million contract for rapid operational capabilities and manufacturing, expected to be completed by March 15, 2033. Woolpert Inc. in Beavercreek won a $49.9 million Army Corps of Engineers contract for underwater mapping support.
