Taiwanese Firms Launch Advanced Humanoid Robots for Industrial Applications
TM Technology and Techman Robot have introduced next-gen humanoid robots aimed at enhancing operational efficiency in various industries. These developments leverage AI and advanced sensing technologies, signaling a shift towards integrated intelligent automation solutions.

TM Technology has launched a humanoid robot capable of interacting with real-world environments, which integrates AI and advanced manufacturing technologies. This robot employs a layered architecture that mimics human nervous system functions, featuring an AI-powered brain for decision-making and a cerebellum subsystem for balance and movement.
The initial deployment is planned for factories and logistics, focusing on repetitive tasks, with future applications in healthcare and household services. Concurrently, Techman Robot introduced the TM Xplore I, designed with a wheeled base for enhanced stability and mobility, powered by Nvidia's Jetson Thor module.
This robot supports autonomous navigation and multimodal sensor integration, facilitating applications in semiconductor and automotive sectors. The combination of these technologies may significantly improve automation capabilities, though adaptation challenges in diverse environments remain a potential risk.
