Taixing Expands Natural Gas Pipeline Network to Boost Rural Vitalization in Jiangsu
Taixing city in Jiangsu province is expanding its natural gas pipeline network under the 'Village to Village Connection' project, with 91.8 percent of its 305 administrative villages now connected. The initiative has installed 6,177 kilometers of pipelines, serving around 386,000 users, and aims to enhance living standards and security in rural areas. Future efforts will focus on extending coverage to more dispersed residential regions.

Currently, 280 out of 305 administrative villages have been connected to the natural gas supply, achieving a connectivity rate of 91.8 percent.
A total of 6,177 kilometers of gas pipelines have been installed, serving approximately 386,000 gas users, with over 95 percent relying on piped gas. This expansion is expected to enhance residents' quality of life and sense of security, contributing to rural revitalization efforts. The focus will now shift to extending coverage in dispersed residential regions.
