Teledyne Micropac Launches TDOC8012-04CC0 High-Voltage Optocoupler with 12 kV Isolation

Teledyne Micropac has launched the TDOC8012-04CC0, a high-voltage optocoupler featuring 12 kV isolation, designed for aerospace, defense, and industrial applications. The device has a compact footprint of 0.5" x 0.5" x 0.205" and offers low leakage current with a fast slew rate.

It includes environmental screening options and is backward compatible with legacy part numbers 66356 and 66353, facilitating easy integration into existing PCB layouts. Manufactured on AS9100-certified and QML-approved lines, the TDOC8012-04CC0 is suitable for high-voltage power supplies and industrial control systems, ensuring quality and traceability.
