Telford One Ltd has proposed the development of up to 282 homes at the former Anzio Camp in North Staffordshire, which covers 12 hectares. An outline planning application has been submitted to Staffordshire Moorlands District Council.

The plan includes 28 affordable homes and aims to deliver residential units and retail business space. Access is proposed from the A53 Buxton Road, facilitating transportation. The site is historically significant, having housed US troops during WWII and later Polish civilians, before closing in 2004.
