In education, $339 million is designated for schools, which includes raising the starting teacher salary to $50,000 and doubling Education Freedom Scholarships to cover 35,000 students. Public safety initiatives receive $42 million, with $20 million for volunteer fire departments and $5 million for rescue squads. Additionally, $137 million is allocated for hospitals to cover uncompensated care costs, ensuring continued access to healthcare services.
