TEPCO and ESR Secure Additional Financing for Singapore Rooftop Solar Project

On December 4, 2025, Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings, Inc. (TEPCO HD) and ESR Group Limited's Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) secured an additional financing agreement worth 13.5 million Singapore dollars (approximately 1.6 billion yen) with Bank SinoPac.

This funding will support the development of multiple rooftop solar power facilities in Singapore, totaling approximately 20MW in capacity. This follows a previous financing agreement signed on May 15, 2025, which funded facilities already in operation.

The new agreement reflects the project's soundness and the SPV's creditworthiness. TEPCO HD, through its subsidiary TEPCO Global Energy Pte. Ltd., is advancing a total capacity of 100MW of rooftop solar power in the Asia-Pacific region, contributing to renewable energy adoption and carbon neutrality goals.
