Terma's financial performance includes an order book of DKK 6.9 billion, a 43% year-over-year increase, and revenue of DKK 3.4 billion, indicating a 16% organic growth. In response to heightened demand in defense technologies, the company acquired UK-based OSL Technology and established a subsidiary in Ukraine.
Additionally, Terma hired nearly 600 employees during the financial year, reflecting the sector's growth as a labor market for specialists. The company reported an operating cash flow of DKK 730 million and a solvency ratio of 41.2%, positioning itself for ongoing investments. The defense sector's evolving landscape suggests a sustained market demand, potentially solidifying East Jutland's role in technology and security innovation.
