Terradepth's Absolute Ocean Approved for U.S. Navy Implementation via NIWC Atlantic
Terradepth's Absolute Ocean platform is now cleared for immediate use by the U.S. Navy, following its placement in NIWC Atlantic's RCC Hopper. This designation allows for rapid prototype agreements, facilitating quicker deployment of undersea autonomy technologies.

Terradepth's Absolute Ocean has been officially integrated into the Rapid Capabilities Cell (RCC) Hopper at NIWC Atlantic, enabling immediate government access for U.S. Navy sponsors. The platform was selected after a successful Phase II Pitch under NIWC Atlantic's Commercial Solutions Opening, focusing on unmanned robotics and autonomous systems.
This RCC Hopper designation permits the execution of Other Transaction agreements for prototype solutions, allowing for a deployment window of up to 24 months. The integration is expected to enhance undersea autonomy and decision-making efficiency within the Department of Defense. The upcoming Sea Air Space 2026 exhibition will feature live demonstrations of Absolute Ocean’s capabilities, showcasing its potential impact on maritime operations.
