Tetracore Energy Group Commissions 60,000 SCMD CNG Facility in Ogun State, Nigeria
Tetracore Energy Group has launched a 60,000 SCMD Auto CNG facility in Ogere, Ogun State, enhancing Nigeria's gas infrastructure. This facility aims to provide compressed natural gas for transport and industrial use, serving over 100 vehicles daily. The project aligns with the Federal Government's goals to boost domestic gas utilization and reduce reliance on conventional fuels. Tetracore Energy Group (TEG) has commissioned a 60,000 Standard Cubic Metres per Day (SCMD) Auto Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) facility in Ogere, Ogun State, Nigeria. This facility, located along the Lagos-Ibadan corridor, will supply gas to commercial transport operators and other businesses, facilitating a shift from petrol and diesel.
It can fuel over 100 vehicles daily and is part of TEG's strategy to expand its gas distribution network. The project is expected to create direct and indirect jobs and enhance local economic activity. Community leaders have expressed support for the initiative's benefits, including employment opportunities and improved energy solutions.
