Thai Brands Forge 113 Trade Partnerships in Singapore Franchise Mission
Nineteen Thai brands established 113 trade partnerships in Singapore, forecasting $2 million revenue from diverse sectors. The mission, led by DITP, underscores Thailand's service sector's expansion potential in Singapore's market.

Thailand's service sector is set for expansion in Singapore, following a trade mission from March 24-25 that resulted in 113 partnerships and an estimated revenue of over 69.8 million baht (approximately $2 million). The Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) led the 'Thai Franchise Global Move' programme, focusing on high-growth sectors such as food and beverage, robotics education, and boutique fashion.
Notably, local investors showed significant interest in offerings from Thai entrepreneurs in plant-based ice cream and premium fruit teas. This expansion reflects the evolving consumer preferences in Singapore and the increasing attractiveness of Thai franchises.
