ThinKom Solutions has received a $3.9 million follow-on contract from the U.S. Department of Defense to deliver portable ground stations. These systems utilize the ThinKom VICTS steerable mechanical phased-array antenna to ensure high-speed connectivity for satellite networks in any orbit.

The ground stations can be configured with a single antenna module or combined with up to eight additional modules, facilitating quick deployment and eliminating the need for traditional parabolic dishes. They feature rugged cases to secure the phased arrays and can track satellites across different orbital regimes.
