Torr Metals Expands Copper-Gold Exploration with New Targets in British Columbia
Torr Metals Inc. is advancing exploration at its Kolos Copper-Gold Project, targeting porphyry systems at the Bertha and Kova zones. The company's upcoming Phase II drilling aims to validate a newly identified intrusive source and expand its mineral resource potential.

Torr Metals Inc. is mobilizing for Phase II drilling at its Kolos Copper-Gold Project in British Columbia, focusing on the Bertha North target and the newly identified Kova target. Phase I drilling confirmed a large hydrothermal native copper system, revealing 68 intervals of mineralization extending to approximately 580 meters deep.
Geophysical surveys indicate a potential intrusive source at Bertha North, supported by chargeability anomalies, while Kova is characterized by a similar magnetic anomaly. Ongoing fieldwork includes reconnaissance sampling and induced polarization surveys to refine target areas, with drilling planned for Q2 2026. This exploration indicates a transition from outer hydrothermal systems towards a central porphyry source, enhancing discovery potential significantly.
