Canada Nickel Company Inc. completed a private placement, raising C$21 million by selling 14 million units at C$1.50 each. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half warrant, with the full warrant exercisable at C$2.25 over a period of 36 months.

Avenir Minerals Limited acquired 666,667 units through its pro rata rights. The funds will be used for permitting, engineering, debt repayment, and general working capital.
