Tower Peak Partners appointed Simon Knowles and Paul Hockel as managing partners in its London office. Hockel will develop an investment team for the aerospace and defense sector, enhancing existing industrial private equity teams.

He joins from General Dynamics Information Technology, where he was a senior executive. Hockel will assist with Tower Peak's investment in Enabled Intelligence, a US defense company, in which the firm invested in June 2025.
