Tract Expands Caldwell Valley Technology Park in Austin to Nearly 3,000 Acres for 4GW Capacity
Tract has expanded the Caldwell Valley Technology Park in Austin, Texas, by adding 1,458 acres, bringing the total to nearly 3,000 acres capable of supporting up to 4GW of data center capacity. The first 360MW grid connection is planned for 2028 in collaboration with Blue Bonnet Electric Cooperative, alongside plans for a scalable on-site substation and a natural gas power generation facility. Since its launch in 2023, Tract now controls over 25GW of planned capacity and 25,000 acres across the U.S.

Tract has expanded the Caldwell Valley Technology Park in Austin, Texas, by adding 1,458 acres to its existing 1,515 acres, bringing the total to nearly 3,000 acres. The site can support up to 4GW of data center capacity.
Tract initially acquired the land in May 2025, which was expected to support over 2GW upon full build-out. The first 360MW grid connection is set for 2028 in partnership with Blue Bonnet Electric Cooperative.
Plans include an on-site substation scalable to 1.6GW and a natural gas power generation facility. Tract, which launched in Nevada in 2023, aims to develop large-scale campuses across Texas and other states, now controlling over 25GW of planned capacity and 25,000 acres nationwide. The company also has two additional projects near San Antonio.
