Trelleborg Proposes New Election of ABB's Marina Bill at Annual General Meeting
Trelleborg's shareholders are called to an annual general meeting on April 23 in Trelleborg, where the board proposes a dividend of 8.00 SEK per share. The nomination committee suggests electing Marina Bill, head of Sales and Commercial Operation and Product Line Software & Digital at ABB's Robotics division, to the board. Additionally, an incentive program for the CEO and the group management of up to 45,000 B-shares is proposed, along with a request for authorization to acquire own shares and the withdrawal of 6.43 million previously repurchased B-shares.
