Triton Partners has agreed to acquire Integris Composites from Agilitas Private Equity LLP, focusing on enhancing its investment in industrial technology. The terms of the deal remain undisclosed. Triton aims to leverage its experience from prior investments, such as RENK Group, to support the growth of Integris, which serves defense manufacturers and government agencies in Europe and the United States.
