Trump Media & Technology Group and TAE Technologies to Merge in $6 Billion Fusion Power Venture

Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. and TAE Technologies Inc. will merge in an all-stock transaction exceeding $6 billion. This merger aims to establish one of the first publicly traded fusion companies.

Construction is set to commence next year on the world's first utility-scale fusion power plant, pending necessary approvals. Post-merger, shareholders of both companies will hold approximately 50% of the new entity on a fully diluted equity basis.
