TTM Technologies, Inc. announced that Thomas Edman and John Mayer will retire from its board of directors on May 7, 2026, after the annual stockholders meeting. Daniel G. Korte and Ryan D.

McCarthy have been appointed as new directors, with Korte serving as a Class I director and McCarthy as a Class III director. Korte, previously Global Vice President of Aerospace at PPG Industries, will serve until the 2028 annual meeting, while McCarthy, the 24th Secretary of the Army from 2019 to 2021, will serve until the 2027 annual meeting.

TTM's current President and CEO, Edwin Roks, expressed enthusiasm for the future with the new board members.
