Turkey Approves Urgent Expropriations for Natural Gas Projects in Istanbul, Yozgat, and Zonguldak
Turkey has approved urgent expropriations for natural gas projects in Istanbul, Yozgat, and Zonguldak through three Presidential Decisions. In Istanbul, properties will be acquired for a social housing project and natural gas supply, while in Yozgat and Zonguldak, land will be expropriated for the Posof-İçesi Pipeline and a natural gas distribution facility, respectively.

Turkey has authorized urgent expropriations for natural gas projects in three provinces through three Presidential Decisions. In Istanbul's Baklalı Neighborhood, properties will be expropriated by the Housing Development Administration for the '100 Thousand Social Housing Project' and to provide natural gas to residences.
In Yozgat, a property in Yurtbekler village will be expropriated by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority for the Posof-İçesi Natural Gas Pipeline Project. Additionally, in Zonguldak's Ereğli district, a property in Başören village will be expropriated for the RMS-A natural gas distribution facility, also under the Treasury's administration.
